Beat The Staff Organized Final Information:
On Monday December 28th, and Tuesday December 29th we will be starting at around
12:00(Noon) EST on the event called Beat The Staff organized by SpaceDominator. Meet in
the Channel "SC MILLENNIUM", at around 12:00, to start the first event on each
day!
Here is how the Beat The Staff Event Will Work:
The Starcraft Community will be facing off in games against the SC Millennium Staff to
basically earn "Bragging Rights" of the community, and it will look pretty good
on your record. You can say "I beat a SC Millennium Staff Member, hehe" It is
also a way to have some fun with the game of Starcraft, and Brood War. When you arrive in
the channel SC Millennium, the staff and you will organize matches and then we'll continue
doing this for a period of time. We may resume it after a certain period of time. At a
certain time we will declare the day over, and play the final tournament.. At the end of
each day, we will be running a FINAL game, where the Community chooses 2 players, and the
staff chooses 2 players and they play against each other in the Final Match. This match
will count as 2 Games instead of just 1! So, Choose Wisely! The Scores will then be
tallied up, and I will post them on the SC Millennium Webpage. This will happen for 2
days(Monday on Brood War), and Tuesday in Regular Starcraft. However, there will be a
couple of matches THAT I will organize, because I want to try some things... with maps,
game types and other things.. Scenarios WILL BE ALLOWED, though be sure the map is able to
do the below:
Battle Reports:
However, there is Something I want to do with this.. I would like people who play games
in this Event to write down some things that they thought were important because we will
be writing Battle Reports for Each Game that will play in Beat The Staff.(Even
Scenarios!). If you have anything to say about a certain game, just email the report at spacedominator@scmillennium.com. These Do
not need to be long reports, just a quick summary about the game will work as well. Be
sure to press Print Screen, when the final scores come in and send all of that stuff to
me!
Other Stuff
IF.. we arrive in the Channel "SC Millennium" early, or you see me online we
might start early. I will introduce everything, to everybody. We will be identified with
our Names on the Webpage, so I'm SpaceDominator and Agelmar is -Agelmar-. So, you'll
understand! Also, I hopefully will have A BOT going in the channel SC Millennium, which
will update you with the next event and stuff like that. Everything on the Schedule is
subject to change on the day!
All Games Will Be Played on Either Fast, Faster, or Fastest Speed
