Welcome to the Map-Specific Strategies page of the SC:M Strategies Page. On this page you will find a quite a bit of information about things/key strategies that you should use on a certain map. At a time this whole section will be completed, in about 1 month and you will find a quite a bit more information. You may see more then just strategies. For one of them I have included a little story to help make it a bit more entertaining. Hehe, you should like this strategy section!! The work will be in the following format:
Map Name: This is pretty self Explanatory. The name of the map in the format (X Players)Name of Map.scx or .scx
Size: The actual size of the Starcraft Map.
Terrain: What type of Tileset the Map was designed in(Desert/Twilight)
Type Of Map: Land Map or Air Map Generally
Vital Choke Points: The number of Vital Choke Points that are on the map that you will want to defend.
Fair Map?: Is the map a Fair Map to play? Or is it a map that you should rather avoid.
Rating: 1-10 Rating of how good I feel the map is.
Key Strategy: This will usually be the most important part of the whole Map-Specific Strategy. It will state what I feel the most important strategy is on the map, and will be explained in detail usually for each of the Three Races. I may also talk about the map design for each of the races, but it will generally be the Specific Strategy. The reason for this, if you understand the Key Strategy you will do fine on the map. The Map Profile is for the detail of the map!
Best Race For This Map? I will be determining which of the Three Races is the best fit to play this map and successfully win.
